*Bavarian Pot Roast- Beef roast seasoned and slow cooked in a
tomato lager broth
*Apple Spice Pork Tenderloin- Seared pork tenderloin roasted with apples and onions
*Schnitzel- Lightly breaded crispy fried pork tenderloin
*Kielbasa Potato Skillet- Kielbasa and potatoes slow roasted in a
savory broth
